Shipping policy

How long will it take my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped within a lead time of 12 – 24 hours and will take between 3-10 business days depending on the shipping method chosen.

We currently ship orders through USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Please contact us if you do not receive your order within the stated period or would like to know the status of your order.

Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verification or customs clearance.

*We do not ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping directly through the website as each country comes with a different shipping quote. If you live outside the continental USA, please contact us for more information.

*The customer will bear all costs associated with custom, export and import taxes. StrikinGolf will not accept responsibility for additional costs associated with facilitating an international shipment.

Return policy

StrikinGolf wishes that you will be happy with your latest purchase. However, we do understand that due to various reasons, such as a damaged product, incorrect shipping or you changed your mind, it might require for you to return the item. For this reason, we are offering all our customers a 30-day NO HASSLE return policy.

General returns

All purchases qualify for a 30-day return but you will be required to cover the return shipping and restocking fees.

Once we have received the return item, we will take it through inspection to ascertain its condition and then notify you through a call and email whether your return has been accepted and rejected. If your return is approved, we shall credit you the full amount minus 15-25% restocking fee.

Please note:

All returns will incur a 15-25% restocking fee.
You will be required to pay the shipping return fees
Items acquired for temporary or one-time use are not eligible for returns
All the items returned should be undamaged and in a new condition. Ensure that you have packaged it in its original packaging before shipping it back to us.
Notify us immediately of your decision for processing and allocation of a return authorization number
Depending on your payment method/bank, refunds will take between 3 days to 3 weeks.

Used Items

Used and pre-owned items are ineligible for returns.

Deliveries and Manufacturing defects

If on delivery and receipt of the item, you notice any damages from shipping or any manufacturing defects, contact us immediately through a call on 1-855-515-0616, and email us the photos of the damaged area or description of the manufacturing defect to support@strikingolf.com.

We will contact the shipping company to have the item picked and returned to us at no cost. A replacement will then be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible.

Please note:

Be present at the delivery to inspect the item for damages or any defects
Keep the item(s) in its original packaging
Our customer service department will have to vet all items before their replacements can be processed.

Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel their orders should do so before they ship.

Please note:

Purchased items will be processed and shipped within 12-24 hours
Cancellations done within this period will receive a full refund
Cancellations issued after ssthe item has shipped will be treated as a 30-Day return and will incur return shipping and restocking fees.
